Everyone argues about the high-risk rules and GPAI thresholds, but Article 4 has been in force since February and it applies to basically every employer whose staff use AI at work. The obligation is vague on purpose: "sufficient" AI literacy, no certification, no template, no enforcement body checking. I've seen companies count a 20-minute lunch-and-learn as compliance, and others do nothing at all. If regulators ever audit this, the gap between those two will matter. Curious how people here are handling it, especially smaller teams without legal budgets. Is this real regulation or just a nudge that will quietly disappear?
Article 4 AI literacy: is anyone actually training staff?
