Anyone else reviewing AI PRs slower than writing the code?

Two months into letting an agent draft most of my tickets, and the bottleneck flipped. Writing is fast now; reading a 400-line diff I did not write is the slow part. Tests pass, so I skim and approve, then find odd error handling three days later. Curious how others handle this. Do you force smaller diffs
