Brilo AI Launches AI Voice Agents: Automating Business Calls Without Programming

AI agents and autonomous systems
Brilo AI arrives with an advanced suite of AI voice agents that enables businesses to automate both inbound and outbound phone calls across industries — without a single line of code. The platform targets healthcare, e-commerce, real estate, insurance, and financial services, and promises human-sounding conversations with sub-one-second latency. With a free plan to get started and pricing from $149 per month, it's one of the most accessible players on the AI voice agent market.

What Brilo AI Actually Offers

Brilo AI is a no-code platform that lets businesses create their own AI voice agent within minutes. The agent handles both inbound calls (customer support, orders, reception) and outbound calls (lead qualification, appointment reminders, debt collection). The key attraction is a natural-sounding voice with low latency — responses arrive in under one second, eliminating the awkward pauses typical of older-generation voice bots.

The platform integrates with over 6,000 applications, including Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, Zendesk, Shopify, and Microsoft Dynamics 365. This means the AI agent can write directly to the CRM, check order status, or create a helpdesk ticket during a call. For more technical teams, it also offers webhooks for POST and GET requests.

Pricing: From Free to Enterprise

Brilo AI has four pricing tiers and also offers a free plan with 10 minutes of calls per month, one AI agent, and one workspace. The Pro plan at $149 per month (~CZK 3,300) is aimed at smaller businesses and includes 600 minutes, three agents, and one phone number. The most popular is the Growth plan at $499 per month (~CZK 11,000) with 2,500 minutes, unlimited agents, and five workspaces. For over 5,000 minutes per month, a Custom plan is available with individual pricing and white-glove onboarding.

With annual billing, Brilo offers a 10% discount. The per-minute rate beyond the plan limit ranges from 16 cents (Pro) to less than 14 cents (Custom). For comparison: competing platform Vapi charges from 5 cents per minute for basic voice, but with lower synthesis quality and without advanced features like sentiment analysis or topic detection.

Who Is Brilo AI For

Brilo targets a broad spectrum of industries. In e-commerce, the agent handles order tracking, returns, and product inquiries. In healthcare, it manages appointment scheduling, reminders, and patient information collection — according to Brilo AI, deployment in dental practices reduced missed appointments by 25%. In real estate, the agent qualifies leads, schedules viewings, and manages follow-ups. For financial services and insurance, it offers integration with specialized systems like Guidewire, Duck Creek, or Applied Epic.

An important benefit is compliance — the platform ensures 24/7 alignment with regulatory requirements, which is critical in regulated industries. For European companies, this could mean fewer GDPR worries, although specific data processing settings need to be verified.

What the Brilo AI Agent Can Do

The feature list goes beyond a basic voice bot. The Brilo agent can handle:

  • Simultaneous multi-call processing — a single agent serves multiple customers at once, with no queue waiting
  • Human handoff — if the AI encounters a complex query, it immediately transfers the call to a human operator
  • Barge-in and dynamic responses — the agent recognizes when a caller interrupts and responds naturally
  • Live call transcription — real-time text transcription for instant overview
  • Sentiment analysis — caller mood recognition at the word, sentence, and full-call level
  • Intent recognition and topic detection — the agent understands what the caller actually needs and steers the conversation accordingly

Since its launch in 2024, Brilo AI has processed hundreds of thousands of calls. According to metrics shared by the company, clients achieved a 70% first-contact resolution rate (FCR) within three months of deployment, reducing follow-up calls by 25%. Customer satisfaction scores (CSAT) rose from 75% to 90%.

Competition in the AI Voice Agent Market

Brilo AI enters a rapidly growing segment. Key competitors include Vapi (a developer-friendly platform), Retell AI, Bland AI, and Air.ai. While Vapi targets developers with an API-first approach, Brilo bets on a no-code interface and ready-made templates for specific industries. This may particularly appeal to small and medium-sized businesses without an in-house IT team.

What sets Brilo apart is its emphasis on industry specialization. Instead of a generic voice agent, it offers pre-built scenarios for dentistry, hospitality, solar companies, or collections agencies. Each scenario is designed with typical use cases in mind — from vocabulary to escalation workflow.

Availability in Czechia and Europe

Brilo AI currently supports English and Spanish — the Spanish version launched just in June 2026. Czech is not yet supported, which is a significant limitation for local businesses. The platform nonetheless operates internationally and offers local phone numbers (area codes) for various regions.

For European companies, the key concern is GDPR compliance. Brilo AI declares a focus on security audits, data encryption, and regulatory alignment (HIPAA for US healthcare), but specific EU/GDPR certifications are not explicitly listed on their website. Before deploying in a European environment, it's advisable to verify where data is processed and whether the platform offers a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) according to European standards.

What This Means for Businesses

AI voice agents like Brilo offer concrete operational benefits for businesses: lower call center costs, 24/7 availability, and consistent quality for every call. For Czech companies, which often struggle with staffing shortages in customer support, a similar solution could be appealing once Czech language support becomes available.

The question remains how quickly Brilo AI — and the entire AI voice agent segment — will add more languages. Given the pace of development in large language models (LLMs) and voice technologies from OpenAI, Google, or ElevenLabs, high-quality Czech voice AI is likely a matter of months, not years.

Does Brilo AI support Czech?

Not yet. Brilo AI currently supports English and, since June 2026, also Spanish. Czech companies wanting to use AI voice agents for international customer support can, however, use the platform in English immediately.

How does Brilo AI compare to human operators?

Brilo AI won't replace a human in complex or emotionally demanding situations. Its strength lies in routine tasks — orders, reminders, simple inquiries. When a complex issue arises, the agent immediately transfers the call to a human operator. The platform thus works as a first line of support, handling most simple requests and freeing up the human team for more demanding tasks.

Is Brilo AI suitable for small businesses and freelancers?

Yes, the free plan (10 minutes per month) allows risk-free testing of the platform. The Pro plan at $149 per month (~CZK 3,300) is also affordable for smaller businesses. However, keep in mind that Czech is not yet supported, so the platform is currently less suitable for purely domestic operations.
